“How much does a website cost?”
We have “base” pricing for our services, but if you need something not included in the base pricing, it will cost more. We strive to ensure each client gets more than their money’s worth. In order to obtain accurate pricing, contact us to discuss your project.
“Will I be able to update my own website?”
Once we get your website set up, we can teach you how to use it so you can update it yourself. However, if it’s not something you feel comfortable doing, we can set up a monthly maintenance plan to help keep your site updated.
“Do you offer website hosting?”
We currently do not offer hosting for your website. We do hope to offer hosting services in the future, though.
“I already have a website. Can you help me fix some things?”
We may or may not be able to help. If you are using WordPress, then chances are, we can help you. You will need to contact us with the specific details to discuss options.
“I would rather pay you after you complete your work so I know I don’t get burned. Is that ok?”
No. We have also “been burned” which is why we have a 50/50 payment policy. You pay us 50% upfront, we perform the work, and you pay us 50% when we’re finished. For smaller jobs (less than $500), full payment upfront may be requested. If you still just don’t trust us, you might want to find another designer. We’re not in business to rip folks off, so we’re not going to do it to you.
